I jokingly responded to a Tweet that Michael Chiklis wrote. So he wrote back to me in anger. We tweeted back and forth a few more times and then I havent heard from him. I guess I pissed him off

I couldn't get into NOF because Julie Benz reminds me too much of Julie Bowen, and as a Modern Family viewer, that bothered me somehow. With the success of Modern Family, I think Chiklis should have cast a non-Claire Dunphy type for his show.
Also, some NOF plot devices reminded me too much of The Greatest American Hero. (I've seen that guy trying to learn how to fly before.)
"The Shield" remains one of my all time favorites.
I agree with benj, I don't think you pissed him off, but dayum, you sure did go fanboy. I'm so embarrassed!  
ETA: There's a new word for Chiklis' behavior: dexify. |

Sadly I didn't aggravate Nick Moran with a Tweet. It was the old fashioned way: in person. He's so completely ignorant to tech I'd be amazed if he even knew what Twitter is. To put this in context, he thought downloading pirated movies was a 'fad'. If only...
But yeah- I definitely hope to rub more celebs up the wrong way. Let's face it, us commoners will never be their bezzie mates- might as well be their mortal enemies! |

Cool- I managed to piss off Nick Moran/ Moron a few months back and now you with Michael Chiklis. This could be a new fourum thread- celebs we've enraged recently. I know there's at least a couple of others here who've similarly irked the famous 
To be fair though it doesn't read to me like he went away from it angry- it just turned a bit fanboy'ish and there probably isn't much he felt he could reply with.
Either that or he's presently headed to your house (Word of warning: he's bulletproof, you know).
BTW, what was the show in question? No Ordinary Family (really enjoying this so far- just hope it doesn't go crap like Heroes) or something else? |
