The Old Spice guy has finally made it across the Atlantic. He was spotted at around 9.45 this evening during an ad break in the middle of the cricket highlights. Mrs C and babybear started drooling. Babybear insisted on watching the ad 3 times Thanks, Skyplus.

If there is anyone out there who doesn't know what I'm talking about, click here.

Damn, you got here first Chris,
I saw the ad on ITV3 on Thursday and started yelling "That's MguyX's brother" to She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed. I meant to post on here but got distracted. It was the horse one.

The first half hour of "The Calcium Kid"
Not sure I can, in all good faith review and rate it, seeing as I was sufficiently unimpressed to switch off so quickly

On an aside, they say that imitation is the greatest form of flattery. Apparently YES TV in Israel admires your brother's style and so they put out a bunch of commercials with the Lyriq Bent doing just that. Here's one example and here's another.

Yes, they are (and now I sound like an ad for them)! Of course, while your brother's ads don't run on our commercial television channels (you can't buy Old Spice here), they certainly got no small amount of attention here due to all the buzz around them on Facebook last year. Since almost all the promos for YES TV are in English, it was only a matter of time before they jumped on the bandwagon and got someone to do an ad using your brother's style (albeit, with a shirt on). By the way, their commercials are very creative. From using Barak Obama's "Yes We Can", to having dancing chassids, to slaves in Egypt (where you can find out that you can send an SMS to have your television record a show you're going to miss), to cavemen! Many are up on YouTube.
